Gluten Free Baked Chicken Nuggets-Post 29
I bet you are wondering what this blog post is about. Well, in one of my last few posts, I asked if y’all had any ideas for a blog post. Someone said that I should do a post on a recipe with almond flour, so that is what this post is about. It is about one of my recipes with almond flour.
Gluten Free Baked Chicken Nuggets
MAKE SURE ALL YOU INGREDIENTS ARE GLUTEN FREE!!!!!
- 1 pound of chicken tenders
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1t black pepper
- 1t paprika
- 1t Italian seasoning
- 1t seasoned salt
- 1 egg
- ½ cup of almond milk (or you can use regular milk)
Preheat oven to 375. First, cut your chicken tenders into 3-4 pieces each to make chicken nuggets. Then, prepare 2 bowls. In the first bowl, pour your one cup of almond milk and crack your egg. Whisk the egg and almond milk together. In the other bowl place all the other ingredients except for the chicken. Prepare a sheet pan with a nonstick spray. Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture. Then, coat it with the flour mixture. Afterwards, place them on the sheet pan. Do this with all the chicken. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Turn chicken nuggets. Cook for 10-15 more minutes. Check that they are fully cooked. Once they are, take a bite, and see how you did. I hope you like the recipe.
